Terms of Service

See Menu provides the technology platform that lets restaurants publish digital menus and receive orders. See Menu is a technology provider, not the seller of food or the operator of any restaurant.

Restaurants using See Menu are solely responsible for:

• Menu accuracy, descriptions, and availability
• Food preparation, quality, and safety
• Pricing and applicable taxes
• Refunds, delivery, and pickup arrangements
• Customer service for their own orders

The restaurant agrees to use customer personal information only for processing and managing the related order. The restaurant must not sell, share, misuse, or use customer information for unrelated marketing unless it has proper consent. The restaurant is responsible for protecting customer information accessed through See Menu.

• Provide accurate contact and order information
• Do not place fake, abusive, or fraudulent orders

See Menu may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.

See Menu is not responsible for restaurant food quality, delays, cancelled orders, incorrect menu information, or disputes between a restaurant and a customer. Such matters are between the customer and the restaurant.
